POSITION: F&B ASSOCIATE

JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure that all guests are served to the hotels standard in the Restaurant / Bar / Lounge areas. Responsible for serving food and beverages to guests according to established food service manuals, rules of etiquette and in accordance to the hotel’s standards. Display highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • College Graduate
  • Has at least 1-3 years’ experience is advantage
  • Computer Literate
  • Good in Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledgeable in food and wine service, and other kinds of food preparation.

 

 

POSITION: FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

JOB SUMMARY:

Supervises the FO team to ensure efficient and smooth operations for producing excellent feedbacks and guests satisfaction. Also ensures hotel charges are processed diligently to guest’s accounts, invoices are accurate, billing instructions are verified, all necessary supporting bills and vouchers are attached for direct settlements.

 

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management or a related field required.
  • Has at least 2 years or more experience
  • Has a pleasing personality
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Good Customer Relation Skills / Customer Service Oriented
  • Team player and can perform under pressure

 

POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for assisting the HR Manager in planning, monitoring, coordinating and supervising personnel and functions pertaining to employee relations and training programs; implementation and execution of resort and convention policies, rules and procedures and programs. Ensures the efficient administration of labor standards, company’s benefits program and employee facilities.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in HR
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Personable, assertive and decisive
  • able to do multi-tasking
